Scope of Service

Zolisto Travel provides VIP transfer and chauffeured vehicle rental services between Istanbul's airports and city/intercity destinations. Once a reservation is confirmed, these Terms of Service become binding between the parties.

Booking and Payment

A reservation becomes final once a request submitted through our website or contact channels is confirmed. Prices are fixed based on the route, vehicle class, and scope of service stated at the time of booking, and include bridge/highway tolls and airport meet & greet.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and change conditions are stated in the booking confirmation. Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may be subject to full or partial charges.

Passenger Responsibilities

The passenger is responsible for providing accurate flight and address information, as well as for the safety of luggage and personal belongings in the vehicle. Damage caused to the vehicle or driver may be billed to the passenger.

Limitation of Liability

Zolisto Travel cannot be held reasonably liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events, but will make every effort to keep the passenger informed in such situations.

Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated to reflect changes in scope of service; the current version is always published on this page.
